We use the convection for roasted chicken and home-made bread, and regular for more delicate things like cakes and sugar cookies. Yeah, you may want to reduce the heat by 25 degrees or so when using the convection setting.Bungalow Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10944360825235091121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355331931051990176.post-54584040752177965902009-01-21T09:40:00.000-05:002009-01-21T09:40:00.000-05:00Have fun moving! So mostly positive, although I'd say you'll want to err on the side of taking things out a lot quicker!Jennywennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11830704259091240700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355331931051990176.post-49286452405534402432009-01-20T00:20:00.000-05:002009-01-20T00:20:00.000-05:00Good luck with the move! When you use the convection feature it automaticcally reduces the temp by 25 degrees so I don't have to do anything special. I usually have to cook things the same length as stated in recipes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
