Nobody believed me that he was sick, the doctors, my inlaws - they were terrible to me and made my feel bad but I insisted, I knew by his personality that something was wrong. Then, his fever spiked in the hospital and they took him in. They told me after that another couple of hours and he would have died. It can be scary (especially to bring your child), but I've found that often when you do go to the ER you can get better care that at your regular doctor. Mostly because you are scared and they want to help you figure out things.suzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10854234562509176398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355331931051990176.post-28267354533797028602009-04-26T01:46:00.000-04:002009-04-26T01:46:00.000-04:00No trips to the ER for me, urgent care a lot--but ...No trips to the ER for me, urgent care a lot--but luckily no ER trips.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355331931051990176.post-5276797486797763922009-04-25T16:22:00.000-04:002009-04-25T16:22:00.000-04:00wow pretty scary. Chalk it up to sports injuries. He's had a gashed eyelid, a detached tear duct, lots of deep cuts and abrasions, etc. Too many trips!Elysehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11859249360538782714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5355331931051990176.post-52489306227020977162009-04-25T12:42:00.000-04:002009-04-25T12:42:00.000-04:00I have been to the ER several times for my kids.

The wait was insane though! Even when the room wasn't that full, we would spend the entire day sitting and waiting.
